Order Cancellation Policy
Timeframe for Cancellation
You may cancel your non-subscription order within a limited timeframe after placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please note that once a tracking number is provided, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Subscription Cancellation
Upon subscribing and saving, you have the right to cancel your subscription after your second reoccurring order. Please email us at help@simplybiobags.com to have your subscription canceled if unable to do so on your own.
How to Cancel a Non-Subscription Order
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service immediately at help@simplybiobags.com. If you your order qualifies for cancelation we will happily assist you.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to custom or personalized items, which cannot be canceled once production has started.
