Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your items to initiate a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email us at help@simplybiobags.com. Returns should be mailed to the following address:

Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Any Opened Packages
- Any Subscribe & Save orders after the first delivery
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
Please Note: Returns for any Subscribe & Save orders are not accepted after the initial delivery of each subscribed product.
Exchanges
For quick exchanges, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your items are shipped to the European Union, you have the option to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items meet our return conditions.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, covering the initial shipment. Customers are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. No prepaid labels will be provided. Based on the condition of the returned item, you may be responsible for a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase cost.
